All measurements, weights, and dimensions are approximate and provided for reference only.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price of that order will remain valid.

We accept online payments via Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

5. Orders and Contracts

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Errors in product description or price

A contract between you and House of Nirvana is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1,500 qualify for free standard shipping within India. Orders below ₹1,500 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹50.

Please ensure accurate shipping address. House of Nirvana is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement Window: We offer a 3-day replacement from the date of delivery, applicable only to items received damaged, defective, or wrong (incorrect item versus what was ordered).

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags, dust bag, and velvet box must be intact
• Request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery, supported by clear photos of the item and packaging

Not Eligible:

• Buyer-remorse returns (change of mind, colour preference, size misjudgment)
• Customized or personalized pieces
• Items used, worn, or with removed tags/packaging
• Requests after the 3-day window

Process: Once your request is approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup. The replacement is dispatched after the returned item reaches us and passes quality inspection. If the same design is sold out, we offer an equivalent piece or a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: Direct one-for-one exchanges (size/design swap) are not offered. For any preference change, please place a new order — we do not accept buyer-remorse returns.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics—is the property of House of Nirvana or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or use any content without prior written permission from House of Nirvana.

9. Limitation of Liability
